  • What are your fees and what forms of payment do you accept?
The fee for a 60 minute counselling session is $120, however I do offer a sliding scale to help make counselling affordable for people who are unable to afford the full fee. Payment can be made by credit card or e-transfer .
  • Are your services covered by my extended health benefits?

  • What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions must be cancelled more than 24 hours from the session start time, otherwise you will be charged the full fee for the session.
  • Do you offer in-person sessions?
Not at this time. I offer counselling sessions by online video or phone. This makes working with me quite convenient, as you can have your sessions from the privacy and comfort of your own home. It also saves time as you don't need to travel to and from appointments.
  • How do I access the video counselling sessions?
Once you have booked an appointment you will be sent an email with easy to follow instructions.
